crumble in gorgonzola cheese to taste

allow to boil and thicken

core and slice unpeeled pears – your favorite kind

spread pizza dough on parchment-covered baking sheet

spread cream/gorgonzola sauce on dough

top artfully with pear slices

sprinkle with a bit of sugar

bake at 400 degrees until browned and bubbly
